I honestly don’t know what to do but I misss him soo much and I still and will always love him, he texted me about something I ordered for his birthday then I posted a snap about being in the hospital For 3 hours (kinda did that on purpose because I knew he still looks at my story) so after I post that he texted me, with the goodnight with the I love you I wanted to see what he would say and I guess I got what I wanted to hear, what should I do next about all of this?

We recently break up on September 6. We were together 2 months. We have only known each other since May 27 of this year
