I’m about to have the worst outbreak I’ve been having very bad nerve pain for the past couple of days and flu symptoms.... any advice other than taking my meds? this always happens around my period i think it’s because i don’t take my prescription regularly (i usually don’t need it) but when my period comes my hormones change and i get a flare up but it’s never this bad 😰 I’m in college and i really can’t afford to have an outbreak i have two exams this week
