Im so happy my other pregnant friends got me scared ive wanted at greek gyro from arbys and a jalapeno roast beef slider and they straight up told me if i wanted to cause problems cause you cant eat anything but food you prepare at home

Deli meats fine as long as it’s cooked and sea foods fine also but stay clear from the exotic sea foods like shark 🙂
