**I’ve previously posted this but I need more insight! :( **

Went to have an ultrasound this morning and I’m approximately 6 weeks 3 days pregnant. The ultrasound tech told me she could not find a heartbeat.

The doctor we spoke to about it told us that the baby is measuring a pinch under the definite size we should spot a heartbeat she says.

She said she was pretty sure the pregnancy was not bible but suggested we come back in a week just to confirm.

Could it be that it’s just too small or early and everything can still be okay? Anyone have a similar experience and find everything to be just fine at a follow up visit? :(
