It depends on the person and the pregnancy! My sister in law has had 1 girl,  and currently pregnant with a second,  and she has had AWFUL morning sickness.  With her first pregnancy, she lost 45 lbs before baby was even born.  She cant keep anything down,  even with anti-nausea medications. I am currently pregnant with a little girl,  and I only get very mild morning sickness, and really only when I'm hungry or if I see/hear snot or spit.

my first 2 I was hardly ever sick both girls this one I've been sick daily and I'm on meds for it I dont know gender yet. i find out In 3 wks i will keep you posted

Never had morning sickness WTH my son, still lost 15pounds in the beginning bc I would forget to eat but NEVER any nausea
