Spotting at 6 weeks?

I had a little bit of brown blood on the toilet paper after I went to the bathroom. I haven’t felt any cramping..is this normal?

Had the same Issue today (5 weeks) talked to the Dr and she said it was normal that the cervix is very sensitive right now
