Smoking weed while breastfeeding?!

Hello ladies🤗 iv been wanting to smoke weed but I haven’t done it since I’m breastfeeding my almost 3 month old baby boy. I hear that it’s fine to smoke weed that nothing happens but then I hear that it’s bad that it can effect your child. So idk I want to hear from you girls.

Less than 1% of thc enters your breastmilk so your good to toke it up babymama! Ive been smoking since the day i came home from the hospital and been breastfeeding for almost 5 months now and my baby girl is ahead of the curve in every way possible

I haven’t heard of any major problems caused by smoking while breast feeding just that you can end up with a hungrier sleepy baby and I would think that’s a good thing 😂😂

it does absolutly nothing.. i smoked my whole pregnancy and my daughter is perfect she is hitting all of her milestones early she is 8 months old is crawling, laughing, saying mama, dada, hi, and daddy sometimes. she already has 7 teeth so far and is wanting to walk.. i’ve smoked and breast fed a few times and she acts the exact same!

I did while I was breastfeeding my son & he’s doing perfectly fine. I was extremely anxious at first but my fiancé and I did a lot of research before I started again.

I read about this recently there have been studies. They recommend you don’t smoke in the 1st month because it showed it POSSIBLY could cause some motor developmental delays at a year old. But women who waited till the 3rd month, has no signs of issues with their babies compared to babies of moms who didn’t smoke at all at a year old. So you should be good to go!
