Anyone else been induced ?

Being induced at 38+1 weeks due to baby being large, anyone else been induced due to same reason if so how much did baby weigh? Mine is estimated at 8lbs now and I’m 36+3

I was 40 weeks 5 days overdue so I was induced but he was still measuring 2 weeks ahead he came out to 8 pounds 9 oz.

I was induced with my son at 38 weeks 2 days due to having a high reading of blood pressure at my 38 week appointment. He weighed 5 pounds 2.6 ounces. He was little.

Following to see how this goes. I’m nearly 31 weeks and been told my baby is measuring large with extra fluid so I may have to be induced too. Waiting on my next scan to see what they think she currently weighs but they told me my other girls were small and would 5lbs but they were born full term at just under 8lbs!

Yes I was induced with my last pregnancy at 39+5. The dr used cervidal and that was enough to put me into full blown labor so I didn’t need pitocin luckily. Water broke naturally had contractions for 2.5 hours before Baby was born. It was a great induction experience.
