constipated and non existant sex drive

so as you can see, I have 2 problems 😂 I feel super bloated and constipated (15 weeks pregnant), and I have the lowest sex drive ever. hubby and I used to have sex like twice a week and I would get aroused naturally. now, we have to use lube because I just cant get wet!! i want to be intimate with him and i miss having sex :-( any tips???
