Is my piercing ifected???

So I had my conch pierced 1 month ago and I've been bumping it A LOT,so a little bump appeared on it,I think it was from irritation and i tried to cure it ,it is mostly gone but the redness didn't go away ,also it's a little swollen.My ear doesn't hurt what soever .also I've been having some crusties,before they were mostly yellow now they are more white.

I've been cleaning it with hydrogen peroxide and a little thing in a tube (Idk it's name on English) that my piercer recomended.
