Anyone get random bleeding while pregnant?

Everytime I bleed I panic and go to urgent care. First time I went they said I had an infection. This time around when I bled, I went and they said baby was fine and the heartbeat was fine. But I’m so nervous why am I bleeding then? Anyone else get random bleeding? I’m 7/8 weeks along.

On average I can wear a pantyliner and won’t have to change it all day. Maybe everyday. Bleeding isn’t constant it’s random as well and not much. If I wipe it covers half the tissue but then doesn’t bleed much after.

Doctor said it might be the placenta attaching itself or something but it’s too early to tell if it’s a miscarriage because anything can happen till week 20 ;-; so worried!
