Curious for those who get sore nipples post ovulation, when that typically starts for you?

omg listen i ovulated about one week ago and my nipples are sore first it was just one now it’s both and my back is hurting and i’m having cramps in my lower belly ... i could be tripping bc every month since i have been ttc i was mentally over eager wanting anything to just happen . but this real 😫😫😫😫

My nipples was sore Thursday and Friday but it was hurt n tender on Friday cause I was ovulating.. not a good feeling especially when your at work
