I don’t feel so good
Today I don’t feel so good. I’m so tired, and I feel like vomiting. My heart feels like it’s been squeezed too. Plus I keep getting these headaches from time to time. I don’t know if it’s psychological because my ex broke up with me last August. And I recently decided commit to do the 30-60 no contact thing I found on Pinterest and to fully focus on myself and my happiness. I’m now of Day 7. I still think of him everyday but I don’t break down and become a crying mess anymore.
Should I get this checked?
