Cute dress for a first date??

Would this dress be cute for a first date??? And if so what kind of shoes, hair, makeup, accessories should I wear with it?? 
Also a little about me so you get an idea I’m blonde hair blue eyes and a nice figure to pull the dress off just worried I’m coming on a little too uh strong? 
Btw we’re going to eat Mexican

I don’t think it’d be too much if you wore sneakers. (Some chucks or something) but heels would be a little much. That’s just me.

It’s just mexican food so you shouldn’t go too crazy. Sneakers, denim jacket or cardigan and some small earrings tbh maybe a light natural make up look

Personally I'd wear it with sandals... The strap up ones? With either bangles or hoop earrings and a simple necklace.
But that's just my taste... I have shitty taste.
