SCH, spotting getting worse feeling depleted

Hey everyone. I am seven weeks and have been spotting for about 3 weeks. My 6 week US showed a small SCH. In the last week the spotting has increased. There is about a teaspoon of brown blood every time I wipe. I’m feeling extremely depleted. Any similar experiences?
