Help?!

Thursday October 4th my period was due it didn’t show up and I got a faint + from hpt. It later got darker. Fast Foward to late Friday night/Saturday morning 12:00am I begin to bleed no cramping not heavy like it’s falling out but heavy enough for me to insert a period cup. Saturday morning at 5:30am severe cramping ensued bleeding became heavier. All day Saturday I felt horrible tired cold and sad. Brings us to today Sunday no cramps light bleeding and then bleeding stopped it’s currently the 7th of October and I’m not bleeding/Spotting at all can someone give me some insight on what is going on with me.
