Wrong gender scan at 16 weeks?

Hi guys, curious if theres moms out there who've experienced getting the wrong gender determination before at 16w or more? We already have a girl (2yrs), and know that there should be 3 distinct lines but instead our ultrasound photo shows no indentation or anything at all. The shot is clear, yes but they have it positioned where you can see more of their bottom than their gender, so I feel like I'm not seeing the proof that I need to. This was at an out of pocket tech ($85 :/ ), not our dr. I've heard of cases where its hiding, or that it just doesnt "pop out" until later... this is our rainbow baby after trying for a year so we're happy for either but from the very beginning I've felt it was a boy deep in my gut 100% so am in complete disbelief. Anyone have anything similar happen to them?
