Dreaming about kissing your ex!?! 😬😱

I always have dreams about my ex. They have never been sexual till now. I do have a boyfriend and he gets VERY jealous over the little things so telling him it would be game over of us even though I can't control my dreams he begs to differ. 
Anyone else relate to this?

I’m engaged with a child and one on the way. My ex and I have been split for many years and I’ve had dreams of full on having sex with him😳😬 when him and I split I had to see a councilor because it really took a tole on me. Literally every single thought of mine he was in it. Every dream he was in I couldnt get away from the thought of him and my councilor told me it’s your minds way of processing what’s going on around you. Not that I want my ex back or to screw him again😂
