I just skipped an entire week for my period

I’m just nervous to test a second time. First time was Saturday afternoon with an equate digital but it came back negative. Periods are usually regular but I’ve skipped this whole week and still have no sign at all of my period coming 😳😳😳 I’ll probably test tomorrow morning since I woke up late today and didn’t test. This was Saturday afternoons test
