Please help 😞😞😞

My husbands sperm analysts came back he has slowed sperm and how they are swimming is a little different however he is producing more than average. We’re a little down about it I have some question and hopefully someone can give me some positive stories and answer my questions

Does having slower sperm increase chances of having kids with disabilities?

Does having sperm swim differently make it impossible to have children?

What can we do to help this?

I need some positive and hopeful stories I feel like I’m drowning in despair
