Advice please🤔 pregnant again?

I had a misscarage a little over 2 months ago. But I had my D&C 7 weeks go. This morning I took a pregnancy test and there was a very very faint line but it was positive. I did have my period last month on the 26th and it only lasted 3 days but it was pretty heavy. And the only ly reason I took a test is because my boobs have been extremely sore on and off. And my acid reflux has been pretty bad.. I have been getting getting blood work for the past 4 or 5 weeks to make sure my hcg levels were going down since I had a misscarage. A week and a half ago my HCG levels were at a 3 and 2 weeks before that it was at a 5. So maybe it's. A new pregnancy? Because I'd think In two weeks from a 5 it would be down to a 0? So maybe it was s just starting to go back up? But I had my period so is that normal? The test I used iv had it for like 3 month.
