Baby sleep space

Ok moms help me out! My son has been sleeping in the PNP bassinet, the part that hangs down about 10 inches inside, but has recently reached the max weight limit of 15lbs. He not even 3 months yet, I thought we'd have more time! So we lowered him all the way down but it's a giant pain in my arse to bend that low and pick him up, I have a bad back. He still wakes up 2-3 times a night to breastfeed so I'm not ready to move him to his own room, and his crib is too bulky to bring into our room. Any thing else we can use that has a better weight limit?? And that doesnt cost a lot of money?
