How early can gender be seen on US?

Hey! So my doctor scheduled me for a ultrasound October 17th, which should put me at 14 weeks, 6 days. Has anyone found out that early? Or will I have to wait? 
I know some places say you can find out as early as 15 weeks but I don’t want to have my hopes up!

I found out mine at 13w2d. I was a little skeptical because it was early but at my anatomy scan at 20w they confirmed it’s a girl!

I found out with my daughter at 16 weeks.. but with my son I was 18 and this time they made me wait almost 21 weeks for my anatomy scan and I’m having another girl!

Might be a little early, they can look but it isn’t guaranteed they will have a definite answer
