Implantation bleeding or period??

I never have late periods but this month on day 4 on my late flow I started spotting. Usually my AF starts super heavy and lots of cramps but this is different. However I can’t tell if it’s my period or not. I think I have been on the internet too much.

On day 3 of being late I had a vvfl & on day 4 it was negative. Then I started spotting. Has anyone ever had implantation bleeding that was in-between pink&brown and was enough to have to change your pantyliner? Any advice? I’m not sure what this is because its far from my normal flow.
