Working Out Pregnant
I’ve consistently worked out most of my life & I intend to continue to do so during my pregnancy, but I’m wondering if anyone knows if it’s normal for being 5w 5d and my workout today I was STRUGGLING!!! We wear heart rate monitors where I work out & I was pretty high consistently throughout my 60 min workout. My Dr. said not to worry about changing my workouts but man I feel like it’s super early in my pregnancy to have to adjust my pace!
