Is it just me or does it seem like we get discriminated against for being pregnant?

I’ve applied for three internal positions where I work.

1st one: Has already declined me with the feedback of “ You were our top choice but we went with someone with just a bit more experience than you”

2nd one: I shadowed in the area and as soon as they saw I was pregnant someone made a comment about it and the status didn’t change to interview.

3rd One: I had an interview today but before the interview my manager and the hiring manager try to discourage me from moving forward 😞.

Now to wait and see if I get declined even when the The Hiring Director asked me " Have you applied for any of the other BA reqs? I'm asking because you have an amazing background."
