When is your baby two months?

Example, my baby was born August 14 and turned 8weeks today. But today is the 9th not the 14th. Personally I believe it should be by the number day

There are not 4 weeks in a month (except February). So 8 weeks is NEVER two months.

Weeks and months are measured different. 4 weeks x 7 days = 28 days. When a month is anywhere from 28-31 days. Had to explain this to my friend when she posted her sons 1 month sticker with his photo on his 4 week mark. 😂

This is how your doctor will do it. Not every month has the same number of days so they count in weeks until your baby is 3 months old or 6 months old depends on the doctor. This is for percentile and developmental purposes. After that they go by the day of the month.
