How do y’all do it!

I feel unfit and out of shape. I know we’re in a more understanding society where we preach about body positivity and loving our stretch marks, extra chub, etc.

& that’s great and all but ya girl can’t help but to feel physically weak. I have zero muscle. My ass is saggin. My chub in my belly is growing.

I feel I un proportional,

Ok I’m done complaining.

Point is I wanna feel like a hot tamale when I have sex but I when I go to the gym I feel like I don’t know what I’m doing, don’t know how to use the machines, postures off, etc.

Any tips.
