What do you do for you husband for your anniversary?

Our one year wedding anniversary is coming up shortly and I was wondering what are some good ideas?
Originally we were finally going to take our honeymoon but money has been a bit tight and we can’t go away now but I still want to make it as special as possible. 
Can anyone help me with suggestions?

Our 5 year was this past April and we live by Austin so we went to the river walk in San Antonio and stayed overnight. We haven’t been on a honeymoon either lol we have 2 kids and I breastfed and all that so it was hard. We’re going for my 30th next June!

we would do something like a picnic or go out to eat or try something new just try to spend time together i guess? like we have a list of things we want to do eventually so if we felt up to it we could do one of those. like go to the science museum or build-a-bear. but i think some plans depend on whether it’s a work day or a weekend    
 
i haven’t had our 1 year married yet so those are just what i assume we’d do.
