I am all for girl power...but I have worked with some hateful nasty women. Women who purposefully made my life hell for no better reason than because they felt like it. I have also worked with some really great women. So how about I say this: I'd rather work with decent honest hard working people of any gender.

I’ve worked in male-dense and female-dense industries. By far, the females are more understanding, professional, and Respect a real work/life balance, as well as promoting growth.

I’ve had a great time working with men and a great time working with women. And I’ve also had crappy co-workers of both sexes. Neither has overall been superior to the other so I don’t care which I work with.
