Keto diet?
I'm going to start the keto diet tomorrow.. Mr and my boyfriend are trying to concive thus month.. but I figure I could at least lose a few pounds in a couple weeks ( if I end up pregnant this month which we are really hoping I do) is this ok to do? Because when I get pregnant I'll probably stop the keto diet for now.. is this ok to do? Because who know when I'll end up pregnant. We are really hoping it's this month👼👼
