Is it normal?

My s.o has been taking testosterone Support pills “to help with his facial hair” lol anyways the other night we had sex and his dick felt bigger than usual and it hurt like heck. I could feel the “pressure” for a day or two and I was just wondering if it was a normal thing to feel or not. There was no blood or anything after we were done.
