Before and after!

Hi ladies! I’m on a weight loss journey to lose about 20-30lbs before my beach vacation in March (safely doable I’ve checked to make sure so I won’t starve myself). But I’m feeling a bit defeated. I’ve been counting calories and trying to eat more fruits (food allergies prevent me from eating many vegetables) and cardio as well as strength training. I was doing good up until this morning. I gained a pound back which was upsetting.

I could really use some inspiration! I’m not sure why I gained a pound instead of losing or staying the same, but my confidence shot down a little. I’d love to read about your weight loss journeys!!
