Has anyone ever felt like this

So me & my bf been arguing lately & just haven’t been getting along. We’d be okay for 2-3 days and then argue again & I want to have sex , we haven’t had sex in a week but I’m kind of turned off by all of the arguing & disagreements. We don’t live together so I’d have to go over to have sex and idk if it’d be awkward because he’s been acting like he hates me lately soo idk if I should just hold off on sex for a while.
