So I’m pretty sure my water broke... I was laying down right after going to the washroom and felt a warm gush of liquid, stood up and it continued to trickle down my leg and made a tiny puddle on my floor.

It stopped and then I called my midwife to see what to do and she said to basically wait 12 hours and see what happens (that’s so stressful to wait)?!, and another little gush.

When can I expect contractions?! This is my first time and I don’t know what to expect. 🆘🆘🆘🆘

Edit: how can I kinda help bring contractions?! One hour has already passed and I don’t feel any different. I’m stressing a little (but really a lot)
