Kind of TMI.....

So does anyone here have IBD/chrones/colitis? How did you get diagnosed and did it affect you giving birth? Induction from a bad flare up? I'm on the right track I think. Just curious to hear stories and get advice.

My Ob was sure I just had some internal hemorrhoids, so I got some suppositories and they didnt work. Bleeding happened for over 3 weeks. Now I know why I had issues before pregnancy but they seemed to be related to dairy... so I cut it out and increase fiber and I was OK for the most part. Recently cause the 'hemorrhoids' and bleeding wasnt going away I was referred to GI. I had an exam and he said I need a colonoscopy asap after birth and I'm irritated and inflamed and most likely have one of the above.
