I started with these then switched to vitamin code raw (same brand) just because you can open the capsules and add them to water or juice for when my gag reflex isn’t letting me take the pills.

Yes, they are my favorite. They don’t taste bad or give you gross burps, nor is my pee ever neon colored. I could stomach them when I couldn’t stomach anything except eggs and bread for 6 months.

Yes I take the 1 x a day version.  I switched from another brand that was making me so nauseous and dizzy.  Love these and whole foods had them on sale last week.  Not sure if they still are.

I take them! Have for both pregnancies. I’ve taken the single pill per day version and the 3x pill/day and prefer the single because of gagging on a ton of pills.
