Could I have ovulated? Was I protected?

Ok soooo, I have been on the pill called apri for about 2 and a half years. This past Sunday I was due to start a new pack, well I forgot before the weekend to call for a refill so I figured when Monday came I would get it and just double up.. Yeah, well..a bunch of shit happened with my family doctor and I didn't end up getting them until Tuesday

Sooo, I took 2 pills on Tuesday night (9-9:30 pm) to make up for Sunday and Monday then I took 2 on Wednesday at about the same time for Tuesday and Wednesday.. Well after that, I had unprotected sex at about 10:30pm Wednesday night.. then my ovulation calculator said If I was to ovulate it'd be the 12th.. Now my question is, could I have ovulated and was I protected enough to not get pregnant?
