Anyone have a successful IVF with DOR?

Question

I am starting IVF next cycle if my 4th IUI fails and cannot get excited because I don’t see many success rates with diminished ovarian reserve. My amh is .13 but my fsh which means I have healthy eggs just low quantity. I know my chances are less likely to conceive and that’s why I cannot help but go into this scared of another failed cycle which will cost a lot of money and my livelihood and mental health. My husband also has mild male factor (morphology is 2%) Anyone have any success stories I’d appreciate it.

I’d skip your last iui and go straight to ivf. Idk why with yalls number they thought iui would work...
Ivf is a lot higher chance than iui too.

I was diagnosed with DOR in August AMH was .57 after having 6 failed iui’s well got pregnant on our 4th but miscarried RE put me on a list of vitamins and I’m doing IVf projected retrieval is October 25th I have my first scan tomorrow to see how I’m responding to the medicine

My friend had low AMH, high FSH, and severe male factor infertility. She only got 2-3 eggs at each retrieval, then transferred the two best embryos on day 3. She was given a 30% chance of it working, and she had TWO successful rounds of IVF with her first transfer each time. You may not have many eggs at retrieval, but success is still possible (or you might just be surprised and end up with a large amount of eggs retrieved). You just never know what might happen - good luck!!

I hope you have better luck with ivf and DOR than I have so far.  I have had 3 egg retrievals with a total of 5 embryos created.  Only 1 made it to freezing.  We're planning on doing at least 1 more retrieval before trying a FET.  Our fresh transfers have all failed.

It was my decision bc I wasn’t ready for IVF when we started this process. I really think this way made me stronger and able to ease into knowing I needed fertility assistance and without trying IUI I would have not been where I am mentally today.  I know my amh is low but my fsh is normal along with all other hormone levels so at least I know I have healthy eggs. I also respond well to clomid and have had 2-3 mature follicles each time... I am worried it’s my husbands sperm on top of my issue which is what’s causing the delay...I can’t do IVF until November so I figured I’d rather do one more try at IUI instead of nothing...who knows... IVF might fail for us since I have low amh. I really don’t know anymore. I know I Just gotta keep trying.
