So i thought i was in labor yesterday so i went into triage and turns out i wasn’t, i had my cervix checked twice and was 2cm dilated! I was told that a little bleeding may be normal afterwards. It’s now been about 24 hours since I had it checked and i just barely passed some blood, it was mucus like and brown..i passed about 3 dime sized brownish pieces. is this just from getting my cervix checked or is this the bloody show/mucus plug??

I think I have been passing bits of my mucus plug (yellow/white) these past few weeks.
