Did Clomid throw off your cycle?

Question

This was my first month on Clomid CD 3-7. I normally ovulate on CD 17-19 but didn't ovulate till CD 27 this month. I'm now on CD 40 and glow states my period should start today. My other apps said it should of started 5 days ago. Yesterday I took a test at 12dpo and it was negative. I'm praying I just tested too early but am so confused by how off this made my cycle. Anyone else have issues with Clomid throwing off their cycles?

First 2 rounds I ovulated around cd17 and then cd16. AF arrived exactly on time (cd 28/29). This round I had a positive OPK on cd13 so should’ve ovulated on cd14. AF is now 4 days late (cd31) and all of my tests have been BFN. Going to call my doc today since I have no idea what’s going on. I’m guessing I didn’t actually ovulate this round.
