I met this guy and he’s sooo sweet and seems to know what he wants in life, good family, nice truck, and is about to graduate highschool.. only problem is he’s 17 and i’m 21. The legal age of consent is 16 in my state but I guess the whole issue for me is he isn’t 18, but all my friends said I should go for it because he treats me like I should be treated. the reason i’m posting is I wanted to know if i’m overthinking this scenario way more than I should be, or if i’m doing the right thing. my problem is i’m scared to see what my parents have to say, even though his parents don’t mind the age gap.
