OBGYN visit 😳

So I went to get a vaginal ultrasound last week, and they found a 4cm cyst with a blood clot on my left ovary 😳 also, I have a tilted uterus! The doctor said she wanted to keep an eye on the cyst, so I have another appt. to check up on it in a few weeks. Anyone else gone thru this?? And what came of it? Did it go away, did they remove it?? Did it become a problem...?
