My baby is 5 weeks tomorrow, and I have had severe anxiety since we have been home. I cry all the time and get so nervous about everything. We originally planned on going out of town in a couple weekends for a wedding. We would leave the baby with my parents for a day and a night. I’m starting to think I cant leave her bc I won’t be able to even enjoy the trip with my severe anxiety. What would you do? When did you spend a night away from your little one?
