How to give bad feedback to a man you’re seeing?

How do you guys give negative feedback to your man? The guy I’m seeing sometime reply me 12hours late. After telling me he wants to be exclusive and repeatedly reassuring me that he’s not talk to any other gal. Which I’m not 100% fall for, not until he can prove it anyway. Most recently he didn’t reply to my text in almost 2 days. I notice he was active on Instagram. I had to send a follow up text in the pics. The excuse is very unacceptable imo. I really like him and I want to try and build a relationship with him. I understand that not everyone is constantly on their phone. However this texting habit of his is not sitting well with me. 
This Wednesday we’re meeting up, I really want to talk to him about without sounding needy. I mentioned about his texting habit before but he didn’t seem to think much of it. This time I want to know how to address it in a mature manner. Please help

When giving negative feedback/saying how you feel it’s important not to say things like “you did this wrong”. Take an “I” approach, for example, “I feel _____ when I don’t hear from you for ____ amount of time” “I’m not asking you to keep in contact with me constantly, but it would really reassure me if you would check in so I know you are busy and it will be a bit before I hear from you because _____”. It helps the person not feel attacked and that leads to less arguing. It’s hard to feel vulnerable and put your feelings on the table like that, but it really helps communication when one person doesn’t feel the need to defend their stance from the get go. I’ve been with my husband for almost 7 years and we’ve had less than 5 arguments and no blow out fights the entire time! Good luck.

Don’t get your hopes up or feelings involved, my opinion is that no matter how busy a person is or seem to be, they’ll always make time to talk to you. If he made time to be active on IG, that same energy he had, he could have used it to hit you up.

If your together then you should get to know each other.... Getting to know each other consist of things you like dislike won't put up with things that bother you etc.
When dating my hubby worked two jobs would get home late so I stayed up to text him make sure he would get home safe. Well he know I want to know when he gets home I don't care if it's from work or night out I want to know. I have known his schedule and basically every move because we have always been close and open. But just say hey this is a nono I except this instead. Now he did forget a few times 3 to be exact and I called him out every single time.
