HELP!! Positive HPT after TUBAL

I had my baby 7/16, I still have not started my period and I am no longer breastfeeding. I had my tubes tied immediately after birth. My SO said I had been snoring, which I only do when I’m pregnant, so I took a test early in the morning and got a positive result. I got blood drawn and got a negative result. I need answers. I can’t find any definitive answers online and I’m looking for anyone that can help me out!
