Is it safe to get the flu shot during my two week wait? Will it prevent implantation or cause any issues?

Tell the doc that you maybe pregnant. There are different kinds of flu vaccines and the ones they give to pregnant ladies are inactivated viruses. They maybe less effective compared to the regular ones but they offer decent protection and are totally safe for you and the baby.
