Helping my froend get over a breakup?

So my friend just got dumped and she's devastated about it. Furthermore, the guy moved on to another girl within a day. Also, she has really bad insecurities and so this just made her self worth plummet even more. She's determined to get back up but she's so sad. How can I comfort her ?

I had the exact same problem with my best friend so what we’d do was we’d have a sleep over and bing watch tv shoes and eat tons of junk food and just keep doing fun stuff until she got over it

Maybe spend some time with her. Maybe go out somewhere calm like a park or something just to talk about it and let her vent. Give her some ice cream too ☺️
