Bad Stomach Pain

Is anyone else having really bad stomach pain that makes it hard to function? It feels like gas and when you go too long without eating. I've been telling myself it's just bad gas but it is so bad that I threw up today and almost went home sick from work. I don't know if it's something I ate or the flu or maybe just really really bad gas. It doesn't seem like an emergency so I don't want to call the emergency midwife number but I haven't seen anyone else post about this so I'm unsure.
