Pinching or aching where the baby is?

I’m 18 weeks. Still waiting on definitive movements (I think I’ve felt a few small kicks) but I’m noticing some pressure, pinching or aching that moves from place to place. Could this be the baby moving? It’s definitely not gas. lol.

I remember it always felt like gas when the baby was moving lol that's why the very first time he had hiccups was really the only time I knew for sure that it was my baby.
